 My love for photography started at a young age when my father would take me into the local newspaper darkroom and develop film. I was amazed as a child to see an image appear before me. Although I do not use film anymore, I think in order to appreciate digital photography; you have to spend many hours in the darkroom creating that perfect print.  

My bachelor degree in photography gave me the technical skill I needed to deliver my unique eye for innovative photography. I use every moment to push my creativity beyond what we see.  

 Someone asked me, what is your favorite part of a wedding?  And without thinking– I simply said, “The moment when the bride and groom see each other for the first time”.  Time really does stop.  It’s so rewarding to be a part of that moment to capture it forever.  I've been known to tear up at times...
